Publication
Your application will be published in our weekly Trade Mark Journal. All of your application details, including your name and address, will then be published in our Trade Marks Journal.
Once published, your application will not proceed any further for a period of two months. During this time any of the earlier marks we have notifed, or any other party can oppose your application. This advertising period can be extended to 3 months by anyone considering opposition.
Please note that if your application is opposed, and the opponent is successful, this could result in your mark not being registered and you may have to pay costs to the opponent.
If no one opposes your application within this period, your mark will become Registered and you will receive your registration certificate a few weeks later.
