What happens when a first filed application is withdrawn in the OFF (before 'A' publication)?

With regard to applications withdrawn before A publication they may be used for the purposes of claiming priority for a later application. Therefore, no action will be taken by the Intellectual Property Office regarding the priority document held on PDAS.
