How do I register my new GB patent application into the PDAS System?
The PDAS will be available to patent applicants filing new GB applications electronically at the Intellectual Property Office using either Web Filing or Electronic Online Filing (eOLF). Both systems will ask you whether you want a copy of the application submitted to the PDAS and you will be required to provide the following:
- Your reference
- Patent Application number
- Full name of the first applicant
- Positive confirmation that you wish the application to be submitted
- Name, address and E-mail address for PDAS
