What is the Priority Document Access Service (PDAS)?

This digital service offers a simple and secure alternative to filing paper copies of priority documents with multiple Patent Offices. It enables an applicant claiming priority to request an Office of Second Filing (OSF) to retrieve an electronic copy of the priority document from an Office of First Filing (OFF) via the service. The service may also be referred to by some participating offices as the Digital Access Service (DAS).
