Reinstatement
If we terminate your application, because you have not met the requirements, you may be able to reinstate it. However, you should give us reasons why you failed to meet the requirements and satisfy us that this failure was unintentional.
Are there time limits?
You must request reinstatement within 2 months of you being able to meet the outstanding requirement.
You cannot request reinstatement later than 12 months after we terminate your application.

You need to send form 14, a fee of GBP £150 and supporting evidence explaining why you did not comply with our requirements and confirming when you became able to comply to:

What happens next?
We will consider your request and tell you if we will allow it.
If we allow your request, you must then meet our requirements within 2 months. If you meet these requirements, your application will proceed.
