Europe-wide searching takes another step

Spain is the next office to have its national trade marks register available for searching via TMView , the online consultation tool that provides access to national, international and the Community trade mark databases in a single search.

Using TMView you can currently search the Benelux, Czech Republic, Denmark, UK, Italy, Portugal, the OHIM and WIPO trade mark databases, with all EU offices expected to have joined by 2011.

The service is free-of-charge, uses information that is updated daily, and allows you to tailor a search using your own language.
