Update: Changes to trade mark forms

Further to our notice of 9 March 2007 concerning trade mark forms, please be advised that the deadline of 29 June 2007 for using the old style forms has been reconsidered.

Practitioners are asked to use the new style forms available as of 2 April 2007 as soon as is possible. Old style forms will continue to be accepted after that date.
