Intellectual Property Enforcement in Smaller UK firms

Trade Mark Cluttering: An Exploratory Report
This report explores the problem of "cluttering" of trade mark registers. The report consists of two parts:
- The first presents a conceptual discussion of “cluttering” of trade mark registers.
