TM10 Project, Procurement Exercise

Further to previous notifications that the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) is to proceed with a procurement exercise for this project, and the PIN notice placed in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) - reference number 08/S 227-301892/EN, we can now confirm this process has begun.

A contract notice has been placed in OJEU advising suppliers they are able to formally submit expressions of interest (EOI) for the TM10 Project. EOI’s must be submitted via completion of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), which can be downloaded below.

Further information relating to the background of this procurement, instructions for completion and subsequent return of this PQQ are contained within the PQQ. Any queries relating to this procurement exercise must only be directed towards the IPO contact point listed within the PQQ.
