Disruption to the Royal Mail postal service

There have recently been periods of industrial action by Royal Mail staff affecting postal services. Customers may wish to be aware that the Office offers alternative filing methods.

For customers wishing to file the following advice can be offered:

  • Use our fax filing service (+44 (0)1633 817777)
  • Personally deliver documents to either our Newport or London Office
  • Use the DX service (Reference DX 722540, Cleppa Park 3)
  • Use an alternative mail delivery service
  • Use Online Patent Services to file patent applications and certain other forms and documents
  • Use Online Trade Mark Services to file trade mark applications and certain other forms
