Our main Office is located at Concept House, Cardiff Road, Newport, South Wales, NP10 8QQ.

London Office

Opening hours are 09:00 to 17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday.

Customer services available are:

• document filing (facilities for 24 hour filing);
• obtaining files and documents for inspection (prior notification required);
• support for patents, designs and trade mark hearings held at 21 Bloomsbury Street;
• supply of free promotional material on patents, designs, trade marks etc.

Relocation of our London Office

The Intellectual Property Office London premises are currently situated at 21 Bloomsbury Street, London, WC1B 3HF.

As of 21 May 2012 the London office will be located at 1st Floor, 4 Abbey Orchard Street, London, SW1P 2HT.

There will be no change to the telephone numbers for the office.

Normal business will be unaffected but please note that any filing of documents after 23.59, 20 May 2012 should be at the new address.
